  • EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

    You can exchange the goods of proper quality for a similar product or for another product with a refund of the price difference, or return the money. The exchange of goods is made within 14 days excluding the day of purchase by handing it over to the seller. Please, make sure the product was not used, there are no chips and abrasions, preserved packaging, trade dress, consumer properties, factory seals, markings, factory labels, stickers and documents, as well as have a sales receipt or cash voucher or other document confirming payment for specified goods.

    We may also refuse to replace or return the product if:

    More than 14 days have passed since you purchased the product excluding the day of purchase;
    During the quality control of the goods there were signs of interference in the device of the goods (opening, attempts to repair) or traces of improper use;
    constructive changes were made to the goods and / or its components, or attempts to do so were found.
    In the case of return of goods of proper quality, the cost of shipping the product and sending it back to the seller shall be paid as agreed.

    If the goods are sent by courier services, by post or by any logistic service providers to return them, all issues arising from the settlement of situations involving damage to the goods, their total destruction or loss shall be borne by the buyer.

    Refunds are made in the same way and to the same person who paid for the order.

    Please note that if you paid by bank card, the period of refund depends on the policy of the card issuing bank.
